About us

Cream Magenta (Pty) Ltd is a development company, which was established in 2005. Owned by Johnny Svendsen and Arnstein Rusbaggard – both Norwegians. Nordic Industrial Park is their second commercial development, the first being a mini factory complex in Southgate Industrial Park, Umbogintwini. The site was purchased in 2005 as an agricultural 3 zoned property. A DFA process was undertaken and the property rezoned to General Industrial 1 in 2011.
